A pair of bulul's very characteristic of the Hapao or Hungduon are of Ifugao, with the bands resting on the thighs and the knees flexed. The bases are very worn from having been placed above the ricestacks in the granery. Hapao, North Luzon Island, Philippines, mid 20th century. Each, 28" tall x 6" wide x 5" deep.
